Phase 2's weapon banner will showcase Wriothesley's and Venti's special weapons — Cashflow Supervision and Elegy for the End. But, we don't have info on the four-star weapons just yet.

How Genshin Impact Banners Work?

In the early days of Genshin Impact, they added new character banners with two special characters. At first, there were two parts, each lasting 21 days. In one part, there was only one banner.

But as more characters joined the game and players wanted to see their favorite old characters again, miHoYo made a change. They started putting two banners in each part, and now each part has two special characters. When you make wishes, the "pity" system is shared. So, if you're at your 40th wish on one banner and then make a wish on the other banner, it counts as your 42nd wish.

How Genshin Impact Banners Work?

Each version of Genshin Impact lasts for about 42 days, and this time is divided equally between the two character banner parts. That means each part is around three weeks long. However, there was a time when they had to delay new banners because of the Covid outbreak in China. Players had the Ayaka banner for many months during that period.

When it comes to the weapon banner, each part still has its own weapon banner with the special weapons of the two characters in that part. And the regular banner with the usual characters stays the same.
